Course objectives: Supplying students with knowledge and competences about individual, collaborative and organizational learning and about the role of these types of learning in the knowledge management processes.

Course description:

Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to understand and to explain processes of individual, collaborative and organizational learning, to critically review and to apply different methods and techniques of the knowledge management, to design and to develop andragogical interventions for modeling of flexible, adaptable organization.
