Course objectives: Understanding holistic approach to training management and training to manage training.

Course description: Theoretical course: - Theoretical approaches to the study of management training; -Holistic approach to training management; - Management training context (social, work / company, personal); - Training management stages (planning and programming based on identified educational needs, organizing, guiding and evaluating training); - Competence of trainers; - Research training management as a prerequisite for improving the performance of training. Practical course: - Types of training - training in different contexts; - Training needs analysis protocol; - Training planning - goals and outcomes - Programming / designing of content and training process - Organizing training; - Evaluation of training; - Coaching skills; - Problems in training management and their solving.

Learning Outcomes: - Understands a holistic approach to training management; - Manages all stages of training; - Research stages of training; - Improves training performance.
