Course objectives: Insight into different concepts and research paradigms of human resource management. Development of competences for research and intervention in the field of human resource management in organizations.

Course description: Theoretical course: Different theoretical concepts of human resource management – Scientific research of human resource management problems and the contribution of related scientific disciplines. – Dimensions of human resource management – Process of professionalization and the role of andragogue in human resource management – Changes in organization, flexibilization of organization and human resource management – Learning in flexible organization – Influence of global changes on human resource management. Practical course: Implications of organizational changes – Changes of direction in flexible organization – Re-conceptualization of relations – Information, formal and alternative models of its collection and presentation in organization – Cooperative models in human resource management – Development of skills for change management – Decision-making process and coordination of performance – Learning in flexible organization.

Learning Outcomes: Students will be able: to understand and explain the different concepts, to shape and to apply different research strategies, to individually design and to develop the systems of support, to plan and to realize andragogically designed programs of human resource management.
