Pre-requisites: The prerequisite for attending the course are passed exams from previous years, as defined by the Statute.

Course objectives: Social psychology of work is a course designed as applied social psychology, which aims to train students in planning and conducting socio-psychological research in different areas of work psychology.

Course description: The course content varies depending on the interests of students. In consultation with the mentor, they choose the area and topic. The course content is selected from the areas relevant to this department, which can be related to the previously studied courses Social Perception and Interaction and Socialization. The concepts adopted in these courses serve to further deepen and study the narrower issues especially important for the psychology of work and areas of work practice: the study of economic behaviour, attitudes towards work, attitudes towards different brands, motivation and job satisfaction etc.

Learning Outcomes: Gaining knowledge and mastery of skills related to the development, adaptation and application of measuring instruments. Students gain competence and experience in all phases of scientific research. Communication skills related to group work are developed.
