Practicum in psychological prevention

Pre-requisites: Finished seventh and eighth semester of clinical orientation.

Course objectives: The main objectives of the subject psychological prevention are: a) training for practical work in protecting and promoting mental health, b) training for research in the area of protecting and promoting mental health.

Course description: Student's work is directed toward the following topics: 1 Psychological prevention of developmental crises of childhood, adolescence and adulthood; 2 Psychological prevention of accidental crises of childhood, adolescence and adulthood; 3 Methodology for monitoring of effectiveness of prevention programs.

Learning Outcomes: Students are able to conceptualize, perform and evaluate prevention programs in area of protecting and promoting mental health.
