Course objectives: Students will master theoretical and practical knowledge that will enable them to diagnose and solve problems related to organizational changes and development, as well as to evaluate the solutions applied. In addition to this, they will get introduced to the problems and possibilities of encouraging employee innovation and creativity.

Course description: The concept, kinds and models of organizational changes. Change management – psychological aspects of organizational changes. Psychological predispositions and cognitive styles of employees relevant for organizational change processes. Strategies of reducing resistance to change. The role of psychologists in change management process.
