Pre-requisites: The student has passed the following exams: Methodology of Psychological Research and Statistics in Psychology. Knowledge from following disciplines is useful: Psychology of Perception, Cognitive psychology and Psychology of memory and thinking.

Course objectives: The objective of the course is to provide the student with basic knowledge about experimental methodology, enable him to conceive of, create and perform an experiment, as well as apply statistical methods in the processing of experimental data.

Course description: Experimental research methodology; Creating and designing psychological experiments; The ethics of experimental research; Preparation of stimuli; Setting and selecting experimental procedures; Preparation and processing of experimental data; Between-group and repeated measures Analysis of Variance; Data presentation; Experimental report and scientific article writing.

Learning Outcomes: After passing the exam student should be able to design and create an experiment and to process experimental data.
