Course objectives: 1. Introduction with recent studies of visual perception. 2. Deeper understanding with the neurophysiological and biological dimensions of visual perception. 3. Introduction with contemporary theoretical approaches to perception.

Course description: a. Psychophysics and phenomenology (the perception of color, form, space, movement) b.Neurophysiology of visual perception (light, eye, retina, roads, visual cortex) v. Theories of perception (the classical theory, modern approaches and models)

Learning Outcomes: Understanding of the phenomenon and mechanisms of visual perception.
