Vocational Adult Education

Pre-requisites: Work Andragogy exam

Course objectives: Acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for preparation and realization of adult vocational education and training programmes, with doing the basic activities from all the phases of educational cycle.

Course description: Theoretical course: Educational cycle – the concept and phases of realization; Methods of work analysis; Planning of educational activities in vocational education and training; Programming in vocational education and training of adults, Skills building (training); Competence building; Evaluation – monitoring and assessing students in vocational education and training of adults. Practical course: Work analysis; Designing programmes for specialization (of teachers); using techniques, specific for vocational education, in active teaching (simulation, problem situation, etc.).

Learning Outcomes: Student will know the phases of educational cycle and problems and activities within. He will be capable of doing the basic activities related to realization of educational cycle in the field of adult vocational education.
