Course objectives: Developing competencies for planning, organizing and implementing the teaching process and monitoring and checking the progress of students according to the objectives of the course and standards of student achievement.

Course description: 1. The roles and activities of the subject teacher: - observing and recording all teacher activities, monitoring the interaction of teacher activities with time and time objectives and standards, monitoring the interdependence of teacher and student activities (interaction and communication between teachers and pupils in relation to the content of the subject); - observing the practice of monitoring and assessment in the course of the course; - analysis of the collected material on teacher activities and perceived roles, comparison of initial assumptions about teacher jobs and observed activities during school stay and interview with teacher, comparison with requirements in different documents and methodology of teaching subjects. 2. Engaging in planning and organizing lessons (in cooperation with teacher - mentor). 3. Independent planning and realization of classes according to goals and standards. 4. Planning and realization of evaluation of student progress

Learning Outcomes: Students plan, organize and implement teaching, and evaluate student progress according to goals and standards of achievement.
