Course objectives: is to familiarize students with all essential characteristics of security system of Serbia, and with security risks and challenges in national and international environment. Students also should come to know structural elements of national security system of Serbia and legislature and strategic-doctrinarian documents this system is based on.

Course description: ?h??retical lecturing Term and system of national security, structure of system of national security, determinants of system of national security the role of the army in the system of national security of Serbia, the role of police in the system of national security, intelligence-security sector, reaction services for irregular situations, study visits to state institutions of national security network. Exercises Practical lecturing consists of analysis of legislature constituting national system of security of Serbia and through study visits to certain security sectors in the republic and city of Belgrade.

Learning Outcomes: In-depth knowledge of all elements of national security system of Serbia and capability to critically consider applied solutions.
