Pre-requisites: Regular enrollment in the masters in history program.

Course objectives: An introduction to the history of the Serbs during the Habsburg monarchy and Ottoman empire in the 19th and early 20th century.

Course description:  Political, social and cultural development of the serbian people under the governing frameworks of the Habsburg Monarchy and Ottoman Empire in the 19th and beginning of the 20th century.

Learning Outcomes: Knowledge of the the history of the serbian people under the Habsburg monarchy and Ottoman empire in the 19th and early 20th century.
