Pre-requisites: The attendance to lectures and group work participation is mandatory including the composition of individual projects.

Course objectives: The goal of the course is to acquire students with knowledge and understanding of Heritage as a field of study as a part of the epistemology, humanistic knowledge, and applied disciplines.

Course description: The content of the course is designed to analyze and discuss terms such as: heritage, theories of heritage, theories of culture and theories of heritage protection, heritage doctrine, including the social, regulative, technical, scientific, and educational and exploitation aspect.

Learning Outcomes: After attending the course students will develop abilities to participate and contribute in practical work in the organized system of protection and exploitation of cultural heritage.
