Course objectives: The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the philosophical way of considering religious and theological issues and concepts, their importance for philosophy (ontology, epistemology, ethics) and to introduce students to the most significant historical and contemporary literature.

Course description: Basic concepts of religion and a brief history of the problems within philosophy of religion based on the selected original texts.

Learning Outcomes: At the end of the course, student should be familiar with philosophical concepts developed within religion and theology, and should be acquainted with the most important moments in the history of development of these concepts.
