Course objectives: Acquiring relevant knowledge on the history of Danubian provinces during the Principate.

Course description: On the basis of narrative,epigraphic and numismatic sources, students will be introduced to the history of the Danubian provinces from their establishment to the end of the third century. They will study political, military, institutional, social, economic and cultural history.

Learning Outcomes: Students will acquire basic knowledge on the history of Danubian provinces during the Principate.
