Етнографски филм, фотографија, сликовни извори, визуелна антропологија, истраживања утемељена на различитим врстама визуелних извора; хронолошко представљање историје етнографског филма и визуелне антропологије. 14. недеља предавање - Визуелна антропологија и играни филм.
Од времена Х. Паудермејкер и њене студије о Холивуду као фабрици снова, антрополози имају амбивалентан, али начелно све позитивнији став према проучавању индустрије играног филма. Овде ће у историјској перспективи бити размотрени резултати проучавања важнијих области истраживања: од услова продукције, дакле односа који владају међу појединим професионалним групама у конкретним филмским индустријама, преко проблема развоја националних кинематографија и упоредне глобализације филмске продукције, потом различитих приступа анализи вредносних и идеолошких садржаја филмова, до анализе логике рецепције филмова и понашања публике у различитим културним срединама и, најзад, политике филмских фестивала.
