Pre-requisites: Students have passed the following exams: Fundamentals of work psychology and organization, Interpersonal relationships at work, Social perception and interaction, Socialization
Course objectives: Course outcome is to advance knowledge and skills for planning and performing research in the field of work psychology.
Course description: Theoretical classes: Issues of applied research in work psychology, design and performance of research, the use of of APA style in writing reports,application of research results in designing interventions. Practical classes: Choice of research problem, designing and performing the research project, planning the intervention according to the research results, presentation and elaboration of research and programme.
Learning Outcomes: Student has gained insight into basic principles for designing, planning and performing research as well as the practical application of research.
