Course objectives: To educate students for researching and solving problems of modern work and organizational psychology from the perspective of new paradigms. Course objective is for students to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge that will enable them to solve employee problems in the process of organizational change management more efficiently and more effectively.

Course description: Employee relations in the context of organizational changes. Theoretical and methodological problems of organizational change research. Psychological implications of applying different strategies in organizational change management. Cognitive, affective and conative aspects of resistance to change. Organizational change models.

Learning Outcomes: Student needs to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for identifying, tracking and resolution of psychological problems and phenomena in the working and organizational context in the process of change management.
