Pre-requisites:

Course objectives: Introduction of the basic theoretical concepts and principles of interpersonal relations as well as acquisition of interpersonal skills /successful work communication skill, conflict solving, negotiating, leadership, teamwork et al./. Interpersonal skills are necessary to a psychologist in order to do his/her job successfully. However, and at the same time, he/she influences his/her associates to acquire interpersonal skills in order to maintain good interpersonal relations and in order to be more successful at work.
