Course objectives: Students will get acquainted with this direction in philosophy, with its history and with its present-day representatives.
Course description: Origins and development of pragmatism, beginning with Peirce, James and Dewey through Sellars, Quine and Rorty to Brandom.
Learning Outcomes: It is expected that the knowledge of this subject will provide students with better insight into the problems of contemporary philosophy.
