Course objectives: Students should acquire advanced knowledge of metaphysical issues related to the foundation of contemporary mathematics, physics and psychology (platonism, conceptualism and formalism in foundation of mathematics, metaphysical groundwork of relativity theory, and so on)
Course description: Selected topics from contemporary metaphysics: 1. Metaphysical basis for foundations of contemporary sciences (mathematics, physics, psychology) 2. Philosophy of time
Learning Outcomes: Students will gain insight into the most important problems of modern science and methods for philosophical treatment of those issues.
