Course objectives: To notice and understand the phenomena and processes in Serbian literature and culture which are the result of classical literary and intellecutal influences.

Course description: Depending on candidate's specialistic orientation and the subject of his/her future Ph.D. thesis, focus is into theoretical or historical phenomena of permanent presence of classical heritage in Serbian literature and culture. Candidate receives precise tasks to make reports of literature which he/she read as an assignment or by his/her own choice.

Learning Outcomes: Competent insight into and interpretation of the heritage of classical letters in Serbian literature and culture.
