Course objectives: Acquainting with Roman literature, its authors, works, specifics and values. Practical use of acquired knowledge and information in reading and interpreting sources.

Course description: Authors and works of Roman literature, historical context and theoretical aspects of Ancient Rome literature, literary study and literary critics in Romans. Practical application of knowledge and acquired facts on selected texts.

Learning Outcomes: Going over lessons learned, systematizing and widening knowledge in Roman literature, comprehension of phenomena of Roman and classical literature in full and their connection along literary historical, literary theoretical and other principles.
