Pre-requisites: The final thesis is written after passed studies in length of eight semesters.

Course objectives: The objective of this final thesis is application of knowledge on actual topic. If the thesis consists of translated text in Antics, a student may display a sense for translating, recognizing points in text that ask for a comment and a skill to comment briefly and clearly.

Course description: Student may take some Latin or Greek text that wasn't translated into Serbian and to translate it. Thesis may consist of translations and introduction where texts are put into a certain context (historic or literary)and where notes on writers are given and of commentary. Student can use topic which isn't related to antic text, but has to use antic sources. Depend on topic, final thesis can have different form. At the end of the thesis, a student must give full list of references he used.

Learning Outcomes: Student is capable to understand and translate Latin and Greek text and to put it in historic context and literary form, to tech in schools or to apply knowledge in further scientific or research work of interdisciplinary type in some other institutions.
