Course objectives: Widening the scope in history of literature which students of classical philology have to post antic literary epoch.

Course description: An overview consists of: the history and the ways of passing on and accepting classical literary legacy and inspiration with antic books in European literature and in Serbian literature, through literary historical and literary theoretical optics, through literary periods and formal literary features.

Learning Outcomes: Applying the knowledge to literary analysis of works made under the influence of classical literary tradition in later literary periods.
