Demography in Serbian lands in the 15th and 16th Century

Pre-requisites: completed undergraduate studies

Course objectives: To acquire knowledge of the demographic circumstances in Serbia during the late middle ages.

Course description: This course will examine the material chronologically and by looking at specific issues, on the subject of historical demography, types of sources and their characteristics, population and ethnic groups in serbian territories, demographic trends and influential factors, the relationship of demography and space.

Learning Outcomes: Creating a well-rounded, scientific idea of population in serbian medieval territories, which will enable students to independently conduct scientific work on the topic or similar ones.
