Pre-requisites: There is no precondition in order to attend this course, since this is a beginner level course.

Course objectives: This is a two-semester course which objective is to help students deal with basic Greek language grammar: nominal and verbal morphology (1st conjugation).

Course description: Theoretical part of the course consists of two classes in lecture concerning basic Greek language grammar: nominal morphology (nouns and adjectives of 1st, 2nd and 3rd declination, pronouns and numbers)and basic verbal morphology (all forms of verbs in 1st conjugation)

Learning Outcomes: The purpose of this course is to prepare a student to read independently sentences in Greek from workbooks and some less complicated texts.
