Pre-requisites: One month of field work agreed on by the lecturing professor. This course is necessary for students intending to graduate with a National archaeology major.

Course objectives: Acquiring specialized knowledge necessary for researching the local monasteries, churches and cemeteries dated in the time period between 9th-10th to the end of the 17th century

Course description: Lectures regarding available literature, material and certain sites, their differentiation and research.

Learning Outcomes: Seminar and oral examination.
