Pre-requisites: Prerequisite for attending the course is passing the exams in Qualitative Research in Psychology and Personality Psychology.

Course objectives: Acquiring fundamental knowledge and concepts of psychology of communication. Introduction to, understanding and critical review of the basic issues in studying human communication.

Course description: ?. Definition, classification and establishing communication; b. Communication theories; c. Communication, speech and language (exchange of meanings, the role of language in communication, language games, language and discourse, communication and commune, effects of verbal communication and nonverbal communication); d. Communication problems (meaning of the interruption in communication, miscommunication, games and paradoxes); ?. Communication skills (rhetorical and hermeneutical).

Learning Outcomes: Mastering the basic communication resources in dealing with psychological problems and persons in need of psychological help - psychological assessment and diagnosis, counselling and psychotherapy, and other rhetorical-responsive psychological interventions.
