Course objectives: Acquisition of theoretical knowledge about different modalities of learning organization concept. Training for application of the different research paradigms and for designing a practical application of learning organization concept.
Course description: Theoretical course Theoretical foundations of learning organization concept – Synergetic approach to human resources development – Dimensions of different modalities of learning organization concept – Systematic change in organization – Learning as a basis of learning organization (team and organizational learning) Practical course: Different paradigms in research of modalities of learning organization concept – The possibilities of application of different modalities of learning organization concepts in hypothetical situation – Case study: review of the different aspects of changes in modern organization and the possibilities of implications of learning organization concepts and organizational learning.
Learning Outcomes: After completing this course, students will be able: to understand, to explain and to review the possibilities of application of learning organization concept modalities; to apply different paradigms in research; to select, to adjust to the context and to apply in the practice the most suitable modality.
