Course objectives: Training for critical-analytic approach to selecting and applying the management model in education.

Course description: Theoretical course • Theory and practice of modern management in education; • Modern management models: Strategic management, Marketing management, HRM, TQM, Crisis management, Change management... • Applicability of management models in education – in management of educational system and educational institution. • Management models in education as a multidisciplinary educational field; Practical course • Applicability of management models in educational practice; • Research of management paradigms in the field of education.

Learning Outcomes: Student: - critically reflects on the theory and practice of modern management in education; - understands the characteristics of modern management models; - implements the management models in education; - researches management problems in the field of education.
